Undertale Rewritten by AI (also know popularly as AITale) is an Undertale mod created by Youtuber CiblesGD. It takes place on what appears to be a completely normal Undertale world, except all monsters are completely unhinged by what appears to be some sort of virus (interpretation of streamer Phisnom[1]). Despite this mod being created for completely comedic purposes, the AI that was used ended up creating an extended lore which concluded in the mod being considered as a full fledged AU by the fans.
In this AI-modified universe, monsters and humans lived together as the ruling races of Earth. One day, monsters were exterminated by vampires and the survivors found hiding in the human world, specifically on Mt. Ebott. They planned to make a comeback against the vampires, but this couldn't be done because the British showed them the Internet and became insane after coming across it, specially Deviantart and Reddit.
The monsters' insanity caused them to become extremely political, racist, homophobic (which is ironic since most of them are LGBTQ+), sexually unhinged and to have the urge to vent all of the things mentioned to the player and/or to other monsters. This insanity propagated like a disease, with some people interpreting it as such, and it's cure being therapy. Unfortunately, the only known therapist is Lucia Smith (Asgore), who is isolated from the rest of the under ground. Fortunately, Simon's (Frisk) sparing and befriending of monsters appears to ease their insanity a bit.
Characters[]
Frisk/Simon Redpath[]
Frisk, a.k.a Simon Redpath, is the protagonist of the story. Sharing common ground on the fact that their gender is up to the player's interpretation, althought it is heavily implied that they might be biologically female, with some characters, like Toriel, having implied this throughout the story. Unlike Frisk, their age is confirmed (or at least implied) to be 42 years old (Dogamy and Dogaressa identify their smell to be that of a 42 year old person). Not afraid of the unknown, Simon stumbled upon the monster's hiding place and now has to explore it while dealing with the monsters and their overwhelming insanity. By sparing and befriending the monsters, they ease their insanity.
Flowey[]
A homosexual British flower and CIA agent, Flowey is the main antagonist of the story. He is the first monster to be encountered, venting Simon about his recent divorce with his partner in the process and his fetishes (in case you avoid his bullets). He also claims to have a daughter whom he loves to the point of claiming she is the best woman in the world.
In the Neutral Route, his Omega Flowey form is very different. His arms being replaced by blue Great Britains, among other physical changes, and the attacks are also replaced in a similar fashion to the Omega Flowey seen in the Undertale Repainted AU. His Omega Flowey form also heavily implies he either is the insanity incarnate or his powers are based on the insanity.
In the Pacifist Route, he absorbed the monsters' teen spirits to be Asriel again.
A Weapon[]
Toriel's AI variant and one of the most infamous characters in the AU. Her insanity has affected her to the point of developing several mental disorders, including bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. However, the most infamous thing about her is the fact that she is a potential groomer and is dominated by her sexual appetites. Living in a Miami hotel (checkpoint marks it as the University of Ohio, however), she appears to be trying to fight her insanity, with one of her personalities (or perhaps her schizophrenia) refusing to take the medication. She vehemently supports capitalism and is a Christian, with her hate against Lucia being because he brought communism to the Underground.
In the Pacifist Route, she revealed that she turned 18 years old.
Napstablook[]
Napstablook is an amateur porn star. His sense of humor is abstent and would try to incarcerate people for telling him a joke, but he pretty much is still Napstablook. He lives in his house, which is also his AV studio, and he thinks good Americans are always hungry. He passionately hates Florida.
Sans/Ness[]
Unlike most characters, Sans is not very much affected by the virus. In his introduction, he tells Frisk about how he got stuck in London after beating his grandmother.
In the end of the Pacifist Route, he gets called Ness (making him being Ness canon in this AU)
In the Genocide Route, he says that he loves Cum and Cumming.
