Underswap Intertwining Parallels is Team Mercyless's interpretation on the AU Underswap. Many of the character roles are the same as the original Underswap but some characters are in different roles all together. There are also new characters, including Lance and Umbra. While the Lance's soul trait is Perseverance, Determination is still a important part of this AU.

The Mountain (Mt. Ebott)[]

The mountain hides monster civilization, which is divided by multiple islands that if seen from an aerial view, resemble the Delta Rune. Mt. Ebott is a trap by itself, anyone who wonders in its insides will disappear in them.
Castle Forest (The Ruins replacement)[]
Original royal castle of the Underground; located on the Snowdin section of the underground.
Gerson Shores* (Snowdin replacement)[]
A vast beach town that blocks the view of Castle Plateau. It has resemblances of California Beach towns.
Crimson Arid* (Waterfall replacement)[]
Sahara desert-esque that has canyon walls blocking the view of Castle Plateau. This location was named after one of the Queen's wishes.
Napstopia* (Hotland replacement)[]
Consists of three future-esque cities over the water. Its original name, "Tri-Falls" comes from the anomaly created by the CORE.
The CORE*[]
The CORE is an underwater power source that uses the water around it to constantly cool down. Due to the physics on how it runs, the CORE created an anomaly in the human world: Humans call it the "Bermuda Triangle".
Castle Plateau[]

Located in the center island of the underground, Castle Plateau is the current royal castle, in it resides the mighty Queen of the underground. It is secured by the guards at all times, at the bottom of the isle, there are various docks that are used to leave said island. Numerous criminals are captured inside its dungeons, as well as the ex-king himself.

- Underswap Intertwining Parallels was created on January 20th, 2018 by the name of "TML! Underswap".
- The first character to be designed was Sans, the second one was Umbra.
- Before being a manga, the story was supposed to be displayed in the form of a game.
- Lance was planned to be genderless, but after some opinions regarding her final design, it was decided that Lance was going to be a female.
- Originally, Lance didn't have purple eyes, as shown in Chapter 3.5 - Things you didn't need to know.
