The Villain Sans Squad is a fan-made animation series created by Yamata41 on YouTube. The series talks about another good old-fashioned Undertale multiverse (AUs) and its problems between good, and evil. However this time, the story is about the Bad Guys as they attempt to destroy every positive feeling across the whole Multiverse.
Characters[]
Murder!Sans[]
Originating from Dusttale. Murder Sans takes the role of one of the protagonist villains and possibly the story's central protagonist. He was initially forced by Nightmare to accept his deal and join the "Villain Sans Squad" or die. After a long battle, Nightmare wins by using Phantom!Papyrus to make Murder surrender and join the gang. During the process of helping, Shattered Dream and Nightmare bring a multiversal massacre towards all of the AUs deemed to either have great positive feelings/energies or heroes, Murder feels uncomfortable and starts to regret his genocidal actions as it was shown that he never smiled ever after the incident where he was forced to join the villains.
Horror!Sans[]
Horror serves as one of the protagonist villains of the story. Originating from Horrortale, this Horror isn't interested in joining the villain's faction. The faction doesn't even take any interest in him joining them either. This was proved when Killer told Horror to go away, but Horror did not listen and wanted to eat Killer Sans. They get into a fight, which ends up with Murder intervening after Nightmare has taken an interest in Horror. It is unknown whether what Murder does to Horror that made him decide to join the faction later (presumed that either he's being mind-controlled or Horror surrendered and joins the villain's faction after realizing there's no way to escape.)
Killer!Sans[]
Originating from an Undertale timeline, this Killer is Nightmare's servant. His bosses tasked him to collect Evil Sans to help them on their mission to eradicate all positive emotions across the multiverse.
Bill!Sans[]
Originating from Gravitytale, this Bill!Sans is Nightmare's old friend/ally.
Alastor!Sans[]
Alastor Sans is created by Yamata41, serves as one of the protagonist villains of the series. However, in later intros, it does appear he has been removed for unknown reasons.
Axetale!Sans[]
Planned at some point, We can see Axetale!Sans in a leaked unreleased opening[citation needed].
Sixbones[]
Sixbones makes a cameo in the fourth episode, but they're later taken down from the whole series after Yamata41 realizes that Sixbones isn't a villain. Thus, Sixbone's current status and location are still unknown, but it is presumed they're still alive and are back at their own AU. (They were, however, added back in a recent intro.)
Insanity!Sans[]
Originating from Dirtytale, Insanity serves as one of the protagonist's villains. He is part of the Murder Time Trio, however, currently being tasked by the members to hold off the human while the rest of the members (Murder, Killer, and Horror) deal with the Bad Time Trio.
Scoundrel!Sans[]
Originated from the Malfratale AU. He serves as one of the protagonist's villains.
Error!Sans[]
Originating from Errortale, this Error Sans joins the squad and is currently doing his given task supporting the faction in eradicating all positive emotions. He took Underswap!Sans from his AU after making him kill Underswap!Papyrus and taking him to ShatteredDream!Sans.
Error404!Sans[]
Originating from Alphatale, he is Error's superior and partner. He is presumably the most powerful member of the squad.
Bad Time Trio[]
The Bad Time Trio (Classic!Sans, Underswap!Papyrus, and Storyshift!Chara) serves as one of the antagonist heroes of the series. Originating from the Bad Time Trio AU, they first encountered Murder Time Trio, where they come and offer Bad Time Trio "a path to escape the endless loop of genocide," as they also trick and manipulate the Bad Time Trio into believing that they are heroes that travel through AUs with the purpose is to protect it, to become their "heroes" and "saviors," while in reality they do the exact opposite and are fully aware of it. The Bad Time Trio, however, is not quick to trust them. They doubt the MTT (Murder Time Trio) is telling the truth and suspect they are probably lying, having had some other motives, and they weren't wrong. It ends in a big failure for the Murder Time Trio. The Bad Time Trio has discovered their goals after catching one of them off guard. With this discovery, the Bad Time Trio were disgusted and outraged towards the Murder Time Trio's actions, and thus, aimed at a new goal to judge and execute the Murder Time Trio, whom Sans deemed as "Megalomaniacs."
Classic!Sans[]
Serves as one of the primary antagonist heroes of the series. He is initially a Classic Sans of a Genocide route that ends up being pulled into an unknown timeline with Underswap!Papyrus and Storyshift!Chara. The moment when he confronts the Murder Time Trio, he feels a familiar sense coming from Murder, who's still unhappy after joining the squad, Classic, in an attempt to prove whether the members of the Bad Time Trio were right, tricked Murder (Murder!Sans) into thinking that the whole Bad Time Trio fell for their tricks and ended up pulling out the scarf of Murder Sans's Papyrus from Murder Sans’s sleeve, Sans becomes disgusted and outrageous of knowing that Murder killed his Papyrus in his AU, which he deems that Murder is not the judge but an "executioner" of the Underground.
Seraphim!Sans[]
Serves as one of the primary antagonist heroes of the series. He was asked by Ink to stop the Villain Sans Squad from succeeding in their goal.
Ultra!Sans[]
Serves as one of the primary antagonist heroes of the series. He originated from an altered Undertale timeline.

Homicide!Sans[]
One of the protagonist villains of the series. And the main protagonist of HomicideTale.
ShatteredDream!Sans[]
Shattered Dream Sans is a hero-turned-central-antagonist of the series, after consuming the negative apple, he now reconsiders his choices of protecting and now turns against the Multiverse with the purpose of eradicating every positive feeling. He killed UnderSwap!Sans.
Nightmare!Sans[]
Nightmare Sans is the brother of Dream/ Shattered!Dream. He is the boss of the Murder Time Trio. Alternative to many head cannons, Nightmare did not transform into his passive form when Dream became Shattered.

- Yamata41 is currently using a non-canon version of Murder Sans, as it was stated by Murder Sans's creator that the canon Murder Sans can't steal the powers of other monsters. Other than this, he is also seemingly using a non-canon version of Horror Sans, as Sour Apple Studios never mentioned that Horror can form an axe in his palm and use it as his main weapon.
