Jumbletale is a role-switch AU based on Underswap, where characters switch places, but everyone retains the same personality.[1]
Gaster remains alive in this timeline; showing Toriel and Asgore the tapes that Chara and Asriel made. The timeline has become completely different from these changes.[1]

Toriel[]
Toriel is the ruler of the Underground. She wishes to wipe out humanity after gaining the knowledge that Chara's plan was the reason behind Asriel's death.
Toriel resents Asgore for abandoning her after announcing her plans, seeing him as a coward.
She is very closed off from everyone else.
Sans[]
Sans is the captain of the Royal Guard. He is much more paranoid then regular Sans, and will kill a human immediately.
His paranoia stems from Gaster's knowledge that the 7th human "will be capable of horrid things," and cannot turn off his glowing eye due to fear.[1]
Papyrus[]
Papyrus is a sentry for Snowdin, and an aspiring cook. Under personal request from Asgore, Papyrus is tasked to help Frisk reach the castle; he acts as a party member.
Asgore and he had become friends; though he is under the impression that Asgore is Santa Claus.[1]
Undyne[]
Undyne is the Royal Mage & Cook, she is the cooking mentor of Papyrus.
She stars in her own cooking show, Undyne the Dining, which is very popular.[1]
Mettaton[]
Mettaton is a ghost, the only of which doesn't have a robot body.
Snailpants[]
Snailpants is a employee on the Snail Farm, he complains often about his failure to make it big.
Mettaton had made a viral music video about him and how bad he is at his job.[1]
