Humantale is an Undertale AU created by King Duster. Instead of humans winning the war, monsters won the war, resulting in a very different Underground. All the characters from Undertale are replaced by humans, while Asriel takes the Protagonist role. It has been confirmed that there will be 6 different routes in Humantale in order: Neutral, Genocide, True Genocide, Pacifist, True Pacifist, and the final route of the series, the True Route, or, the Real Route.

Asriel[]
Asriel is a kind young goat monster who falls into the Underground. He is mostly a pacifist, and during the genocide routes, he is forced to kill. He is capable of using fire magic, as well as Chaos Sabers, but the Sabers are only obtained when he has gained enough levels
Lily[]
Lily is a small tiger lily who was possessed by the spirit of Gabriel. She is cynical, cruel, and evil, only really caring about herself, and very little about others. She is the main antagonist of the Neutral Route. She attacks with small flower petals.
Isabelle[]
Isabelle is a young woman in her 20s who watches over the inhabitants of the Ruined Town. She is kind, caring, and somewhat rowdy. She is the first human Asriel meets, and like Toriel, she can use fire magic.
Ali[]
Ali is the ghost of a young girl who lives in Angel Falls. She is shy, sympathetic, and quiet. She is saved from a group of bullies by Asriel. She uses tears and ghostly knives as her main form of defense, however, using such magic too much will revert her to her true form, which would terrify everyone who saw it.
Dusty[]
Dusty is a kind young man who lives in Snowfield with his brother, Noah. He is calm, yet somewhat excitable, and he absolutely disagrees with his brother wanting to kill Asriel. Instead of bones, he uses knives, and he also has the ability to control swords, but he isn't very good at it yet. He also uses Gaster Blasters.
Noah[]
He is a kind, yet highly excitable person who lives with his brother in Snowdin. Throughout the Snowfield Chapter, he attempts to kill Asriel with puzzles, or outright attacking him. He doesn't use puzzles as much as Papyrus, and likes puns instead. He has strong mastery over sword magic, and can turn Asriel's soul blue for a short time.
Jackson[]
Jackson is a towering, hard-core Royal Guard who is kind, yet hard on everyone, including himself. He shows some sort of affection for Grace, the Royal Scientist, but other than that, he's not to be messed with. He chases Asriel around Angel Falls, occasionally thwarted by Declan, his biggest fan.
Locations[]
- The Ruins is changed to The Ruined Town. The color scheme is now blue, and the vines have been removed.
- Snowdin is changed to Snowfield. The forest has been changed to a birch forest, and Snowdin Town is now Snowdust.
- Waterfall is changed to Angel Falls. There is now a town in Angel Falls called Shadowfall.
- Hotland is changed to Hell's Cauldron
- The CORE is changed to The Source
