Entity NEO is an AU that takes place after the aborted genocide neutral ending, where Alphys becomes queen. In the AU, Napstablook accidentally posesses Mettaton's damaged body after their cousin's death, and becomes unable to escape. The AU follows Napstablook having to deal with their grief, trauma and their new robotic body, and Alphys with her new duties as queen. And when a new human falls down, everything is shaken up once more...

After Frisk killed Mettaton, Napstablook accidentally fuses with the damaged robotic husk left behind, and is later taken in by Alphys. They have to face the bitter reality of their new situation in a confusing new world and gather the pieces of their past, present, and future to put their own life back together to become a new being.

Alphys[]

After saving many monsters by evacuating them, Alphys was chosen as and crowned queen, despite her never having desired to rule. She questions her abilities to lead monsterkind, and her pre-existing anxieties have now mixed with fear for the future.
