CreaseTale is an ErrorInk AU created by JamesBD on Wattpad. It stars Error and Ink, written in their alternating perspectives, and is based on the adventures they have together. Currently there are five books in the series, but the fifth book is still in progress. It's expected that there won't be any more books in the future, although some rumours claim that the author will write backstories for some of the original characters and publish those next.
Characters[]
The main characters are Ink!Sans from Inktale and Error!Sans from Errortale.
Ink wears his original outfit - a loose brown tunic with beige sleeves and brown undersleeves, a sash over his chest that stores rainbow vials which contain substances that give him emotions, a large brown scarf, and a pale blue hoodie tied around his waist.
Error is seen clothed in a red T-shirt, an unzipped hoodie that fades from blue to grey, and black shorts.
The protagonist, HACKER, is a skeleton who looks similar to both Gaster and Error!Sans, according to jamesBD, although his appearance is not described in the book. He is known for experimenting with the different Sanses, and locking them in inescapable cages, made out of binary code, in the space between worlds. HACKER is said to be the creator of Cure, Fizz, Printer, and Shadow, and apparently wanted his story to be more popular. That was why he kidnapped the other Sanses, since he wanted people to pay attention to his book.

UnderSwap!Sans - Swap has a couple of lines in the second book, but his main feature is during the third book, when he's kidnapped by HACKER along with Dream, Ink and Error. (UnderSwap by p0pcornPr1nce)
Nightmare!Sans - Nightmare doesn't play much of a part in the first two books, but it's discovered in the third book that he made a deal with HACKER, and helped kidnap the Sanses. (DreamTale by Jokublog)
Dream!Sans - In the first and second book, not much is heard from Dream, but later on in the third book Dream becomes Shattered!Dream after being tortured by HACKER and Nightmare. (DreamTale by Jokublog)

Healer!Alphys - Healer!Alphys is the owner of a store in an unspecified AU, where she works as a scientist and a healer with her partner, Undyne. They used to make Ink's emotions when he ran out, until Error killed them. (Healer!Alphys by jamesBD)
Healer!Undyne - She is Alphys's partner and co-runs the healing store. Also murdered by Error, although it's not known how. (Healer!Undyne by jamesBD)
UnderFresh!Sans - During the first book, Ink sends Fresh over to Error's empty AU to annoy him, and to give Ink an excuse to go over there himself. Other than that, Fresh is not heard from. (UnderFresh by LoverOfPiggies)
Cure!Sans - Cure is an experiment of HACKER's gone wrong. Him and Fizz share a soul, which is half of Cure's original soul, a quarter of Fizz's original soul, and a quarter of HACKER's glitches. Cure appears in the third book, where he rescues the Sanses and helps them escape. However, jamesBD claims that he doesn't make it out of the space between worlds himself, and is trapped there. With his shared soul, Cure's bond to Fizz is unbreakable, and it seems that if one of them is injured, so is the other. (Cure!Sans by jamesBD)
Fizz!Sans - Fizz is Cure's other half, as they share a soul. He too appears in the third book and is an experiment of HACKER's. Fizz goes into HACKER's base and tries to defeat him, then escapes with half his skull shattered. (Fizz!Sans by jamesBD)
Shadow - Shadow is a beast with the skull of a Gaster Blaster and an animal skeleton. He has talons which are described to be as long as Ink's forearm, and glowing scarlet eyes. His bones are an ashy grey, lighter than Error's yet darker than Ink's. The books don't specify where Shadow comes from, only that he's Ink and Error's pet and he lives in the Crease. Printer - Printer is a second beast with the skull of a Gaster Blaster and the skeleton of an animal. She's described as bigger and scarier in the fourth book, and has rainbow eyes. Printer has white bones and speaks in full sentences to Error, unlike Shadow, who only says the occasional word.

The Crease[]
The Crease, also known as Fizz's Judgement Hall, is located in Underfell, hidden within the snowy forest behind Snowdin. To get to it, there's an old, dark, mossy cave, and inside of this cave is a small hole, which, if you jump into, takes you to an extremely long hallway. Along the middle of the hallway are small stations with panels of glass, which display each AU. Pillars hold up a rocky cave roof, and the floor is made out of smooth, polished marble, however is dented with scratches and gouges where Shadow has ran around, and the occasional splatter of dried blood. The Crease is the first place where Ink and Error began to bond, the place where Ink keeps his pet skeleton beast, Shadow, and the very place that the AU is named after.
The Space Between Worlds[]
This spot was created by accident through glitches when HACKER started hacking into the other AUs. He sent the kidnapped Sanses there and held them prisoner, as well as keeping his three greatest creations - Cure!Sans, Fizz!Sans, and Printer. Shadow was also held there, although he managed to escape somehow and make his way to Fizz's Judgement Hall. It's described as very grey and plain, with nothing noticeable on the horizon apart from the ruins of HACKER's base, which is just a pile of concrete and chunks of rocks.
Cure's AU[]
In the fifth book, Printer takes Ink, Error, and Shadow to Cure's AU. The only place that they've seen (as of the latest CreaseTale update) is Cure's Judgement Hall, which is said to look almost exactly the same as the normal Undertale Judgement Hall, except the light is rainbow instead of golden. Cure's AU, however, collapses a while after HACKER is defeated and Cure dies.
