Administor Demotion Poll

The admin Max041 has been showing a lack of maturity, discipline, and responsibility. He has defended abusive Users, and harassed users who where below his rank. He constantly points ut e flaws of the victims of harassment and defends the harassers, who start fights. He does not know how to settle arguements, and is too nice, as well as sometimes not taking any action in an arguement, just leaving it. He isn't ready for Admin Rights/Admin of the Chat Mod Rights, and I feel like he isn't qualified to be on our staff team. Ive had multiple complaints of him doing a poor job from users in PM, and he does not care about the feelings and opinions of other Users, saying if someone committed suicide, he wouldn't care as long as the Wiki is fine.
