Compared to the other very popular AUs it's quite underused though. There's a lot of Swap and Fell takes, but for Outertale the same can't be said
If you want Admin solely to contribute to the Epictale page, then Admin's not something you should strive for. You can just, edit the page as a normal user, after all. Being an Admin makes you responsible for the whole wiki
